JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:           MECHANICAL REPAIRMAN                          (Pumps/Turbines/Compressors)

Mechanical Repairman (Pumps/Turbines/Compressors) shall be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, dismantle, inspect, identify required parts, reassemble and functionally test all types of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, large gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors and associated components up to thirty-six inches (36”) diameter suction size. Shall be able to use all types of measuring instruments such as micrometers and dial indicators and other inspection aids. Mechanical Repairman(Pumps/Turbines/Compressors) shall be fluent in oral and written English, shall be able to read drawings and sketches and shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in this field.
