EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research or Systems, experienceto include:

• Five years experience in in aviation, or command, control and communication operations.
  
  
• Five years experience in operational plans.
  
  
• Five years experience in developing command, control and communication systems.
  
  
• Training experience.
  
  
• General knowledge in computer networks and its terminal.
  
  
• Advanced courses in electronics and communication networks.
  
  
• Experience in organizing research and studies and identifying system requirements.
  
  
• Good command or written and spoken English.

PHYSICAL AND/OR OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

All applicants must pass a educational certification check, back ground check, medical and drug tests and examination prior to acceptance for this position as required by the host country

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing the system operational capabilities and procedures.
  
  
• Organizing and developing the system procedures and concepts.
  
  
• Assisting users in identifying requirements and studying the new systems.
  
  
• Following up the manuals to make the necessary updates and work as per to them.
  
  
• Organizing studies and analyses for developing the system devices.
  
  
• Performing all assigned works to develop performance.
  
  
• Organizing periodical reports and evaluating the procedures and the level of system performance.
  
  
• Providing continuing training of the Air Force personnel.
