Title: Training Specialist |
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree or 9th Level in Training
Specialization: Administration or Training Specialist

Experience and Courses:
1. Experience of not less than 7 years in supervisory job in the field of Training and Development.
2. Experience in updating, evaluating and planning training requirements.
3. Experience in the field of Curricula Design and Development, preparation and
reviewing of books and technical manuals.
4. A course in developing & designing Training Curricula.
5. Course for preparing Technical Teachers and previous practice in teaching.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Training Level criteria, Training progress records - Training approval.
2. Evaluate training techniques, training methods, efficiency of training programs,
training centers and trainers.
3. Design, prepare and develop training curricula.
4. Prepare programs for development and promotion of organizations,
performance level & local work procedures and regulations.
5. Plan, develop, direct and manage training programs.
6. Study and prepare training budget in cooperation and coordination with
concerned departments as per beneficiary unit direction.
7. Plans organization development according to scientific researches to boost
incentives, remove obstacles and facilitate change and development.
8. Assess and determine training requirements and recommend suitable plans for
execution.
