Experience:(not all is required)
1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. Retired Officer
Preferred……with Pilot experience (but not required).
2. Practical experience in Human Intelligence, Signal and Imagery Intelligence and
Information of open sources. Experience in Tactical and Strategic planning foe
intelligence operations. Back ground in Analyzing and evaluating military
exercises and application of war games is required. Experience in Joint
Intelligence Operations in support of the Commanders of Operations Theater
and the Staff.
3. Experience also should include past experience as an instructor, headquarters
staff (joint and/or combined staff desirable). Full knowledge of Air Force roles
and missions and all aspects of mission planning. Red Flag, Blue Flag and Green
Flag experience would be desirable.
4. The applicant is expected to have strong interpersonal, communication,
teaming, customer interaction, and personal leadership abilities.
5. Have good command of written and spoken English.
6. Experience in Planning and conducting independent work requiring judgment in
the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of procedures and criteria.
7. Working knowledge of precedents in the specialty area, the principles and
practices of related areas and of coordinating work with other disciplines.
8. Preferred candidates will be action oriented, results driven, high energy, self
starter, innovative with new approaches to design work, influential with peers
and customers and demonstrate critical thinking skills to drive to root cause.
RESPONSIBILITIES:(Preferred but not all will be required)
1. Research current Intelligence Analysis and the study and analyze of the
defensive and offensive capabilities of the Middle East Countries. Provide advice
on emergent intelligence and military issues, follow-up of weapons
industrialization in general with emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages
of the capabilities of the new weapons and study and analysis of intelligence
requirements for joint and allied forces. Advise the RSAF (Royal Saudi Air
Force) on all aspects of reconnaissance and surveillance programs, including
space-based and airborne systems, manned and unmanned platforms. Also,
have capability of Target acquisition and to prioritize targets as dictated by the
mission and the operational situation.
2. Also applicant should have some experience to analyze and carry out studies
related to Fighter Operations (Counter Air/Air defense, CAS and AI),
Surveillance and Reconnaissance Operations, in addition, Airlift, Aerial
Refueling, SAR Operations and Special Operations. Be able to advise the RSAF
on all aspects of conventional and NBC weapons with principal focus on Air
delivery weapons. Be able to conversant with design features, aircraft
compatibility where applicable, methods of employment, employment tactics
and weapons effectiveness.
3. Must be able to keep abreast of the latest development and trends in aircraft
and weapons systems and technologies and maintain currency of these data
base’s in the DR&A Library.
4. Be able to analyze aircraft and weapons systems, employment tactics and
training programs and make recommendations for the RSAF consideration as
appropriate.
5. All applicants must pass an educational certification check, back ground check,
medical and drug tests and examination prior to acceptance for this position as
required by the host country.
