Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. Past experience in the Fighter Jet Guidance and Command and Control to include:

• A minimum of (15) years of service and experience in Command and Control.
  
  
• A minimum completion of (1000) air/air interceptions.
  
  
• Served a minimum of (5) years as Senior Fighter Jet Guide.
  
  
• A course completion certificate in Teacher preparation in the fill of specialty.
  
  
• A completion certificate of Fighter Jets senior guidance Course.
  
  
• Have good command of written and spoken English.
  
  
• Have good command and experience in computer operation and usage.
  
• Experience in Planning and conducting independent work within a work unit which requires judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
  
  
• Experience in filling out and writing technical reports and proposals.

PHYSICAL AND/OR OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Prior to occupancy of this billet, the incumbent must have passed a complete physical and dental examination.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Instruct assigned students on Surface Warfare including Command and Control, Tactics, Sensor and Weapons utilization.
  
  
• Instruct assigned students on operational planning, operation order use, supporting arms coordination.
  
  
• Organizes, validates and re-writes instructional materials.
  
  
• Maintains student records, evaluates student progress and comprehension using established test and evaluation procedures.
