SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
Inspects and test all material procured/delivered to NSC and make sure that the material being delivered meets the military standard and also meets the Saudi Arabia Specification. Evaluates data to determine and maintain quality of performance.
Knowledge using Automated Supply System is required.
Capable of using Personal Computer with Microsoft Office Applications.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Computer Science/Operation Research or a Retired Military specialized in supply. Safety and Hazardous Material Handling courses are required.
A certificate of one year training course in Personal Computer using Microsoft office applications.
EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years progressively responsible work experience in the field of Quality Control / Quality Assurance in the Military Supply environment. Have experience working with Logistics and Supply Automated System.
Two (2) years experience in using Personal Computer with Microsoft Office applications.
PHYSICAL AND/OR OTHER SPECIFIC
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior to occupancy of this billet, the incumbent must have passed a complete physical and dental examination. The ability to read and understand manuals/documents and both written and oral direction provided by the supervisor. Ability to read and write English at college fluency level is mandatory. Capable of typing documents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares master audit schedule for manager's approval.

Prepares audit procedures and checklist.

Performs audits in accordance with approved procedures, records data obtained, evaluates data and writes summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards.

Makes written recommendations to Planning Section Head for corrective action and for modifications of existing quality standards to achieve optimum quality.

Assists functional areas with any quality assurance problems or questions.

Performs configuration management audits in accordance with approved procedures and audit checklist.

Reviews reports, instructions, procedures and other material for conformity to style and methods requirements.

Provides On-the-Job Training to RSNF uniform personnel.
